Navigate to Request Intake Fields [1] and click the ‘Edit’ button [2] next to the appropriate Request Intake Field to open the edit options. Note that some fields cannot be edited. The drop-down options for Request Intake fields are configurable and can be added / removed from the editable fields.
Editing Request Stage
SourceRadar has the following Request Stages: Submitted, Active, Completed, Cancelled, and On Hold; these cannot be edited. For the ‘Active’ status, sub-stage options can be configured. By default, configured values populated are: Longlist, RFI/Prequalify, Shortlist, RFP/Qualify, Negotiating, and Contracting.
- Click the ‘Add’ button [1] to add a new option.
- Click the ‘Remove’ button [2] to remove an existing option.
- Click and Drag the ‘Reorder’ button [3] to re-arrange the options.
- Click the ‘SAVE OPTIONS’ button [4] to save changes.
Editing Category
The ‘Category’ options can be added/removed for the Request Intake Category field. These can list your company’s sourcing categories or commodities.
- Click the ‘Add option’ button [1] to add a new option.
- Click the ‘Remove’ button [2] to remove an existing option.
- Click and Drag the ‘Reorder’ button [3] to re-arrange the options.
- Click the ‘SAVE OPTIONS’ button [4] to save changes.
Editing Supplier Status
SourceRadar has the following Supplier statuses: Active, Selected, and Not Being Considered; these cannot be edited. For the ‘Not Being Considered’ status, sub-status options can be configured. By default, configured values populated are: Environmental, Insufficient capacity, Lacks capability, Price, Quality, Sustainability, and Other.
- Click the ‘Add’ button [1] to add a new option.
- Click the ‘Remove’ button [2] to remove an existing option.
- Click and Drag the ‘Reorder’ button [3] to re-arrange the options.
- Click the ‘SAVE OPTIONS’ button [4] to save changes.
Editing Type
The sourcing project/event ‘Type’ options can be added/removed for the Request Intake Type field. By default, configured values populated are: Consolidation, Cost Out, Renewal, and Other.
- Click the ‘Add option’ button [1] to add a new option.
- Click the ‘Remove’ button [2] to remove an existing option.
- Click and Drag the ‘Reorder’ button [3] to re-arrange the options.
- Click the ‘SAVE OPTIONS’ button [4] to save changes.
