There are 3 main charts and graphs available in the Dashboard view: New Sourcing Project Spend, Projected Savings, and Sourcing Requests.
These charts and graphs will alter based on the type of filter applied to the dashboard (My Projects, All My Teams, Team Specific).
My Projects / Team Member Specific – Charts & Graphs
The following are definitions for data represented on the charts when the filter of ‘My Projects’ is applied or when the dashboard is filtered down to an individual team member:
New Sourcing Project Spend:
- Planned: Total amount that has been spent in current year toward requested projects.
- Active: Total amount that has been spent in current year toward active projects.
- Completed: Total amount that has been spent in current year toward completed projects.
Project Savings:
- Planned: Total saving targets for requested projects.
- Active: Total saving targets for active projects.
- Realized: Total saving targets for completed projects.
Sourcing Requests
- Planned: Total count of requested projects due in a given month
- Active: Total count of active projects due in a given month
- Completed: Total count of completed projects due in a given month
All My Teams / Team Specific – Charts & Graphs
The following are definitions for data represented on the charts when the filter of ‘All my Teams’ is applied or when the dashboard is filtered down to an individual team:
New Sourcing Project Spend:
- Planned: Total amount that has been spent in current year toward requested projects.
- Active: Total amount that has been spent in current year toward active projects.
- Completed: Total amount that has been spent in current year toward completed projects.
Projected Savings:
- Planned: Total saving targets for requested projects.
- Active: Total saving targets for active projects.
- Realized: Total saving targets for completed projects.
- To-Go: Total saving targets left to meet goals set across teams.
Sourcing Requests
- Planned: Total count of requested projects due in a given month
- Active: Total count of active projects due in a given month
- Completed: Total count of completed projects due in a given month
