How do I set goals?

Go to Tier 2 Reports, click the gear icon and choose Tier 2 Options. 

Enable Track Goals and this will enable 'Tier 2 Goal' menu. Save and close. 

Click the gear icon again and this time select Tier 2 Goal setting to set your goals configuration.
