You are now able to disable Tier 2 notifications at a prime level for open reporting period, close reporting period and reminder emails.
By clicking the "Disable Tier 2 Notifications", notification emails will not be sent to all users within that Prime.

By clicking on the Manage Contacts button, a popup with a list of users for that Prime will appear.
You can disable Tier 2 notifications for a specific user by clicking on the "Disable Tier 2 Notifications" button for the desired user.
