When you are reporting Indirect Spend for the diversity category MBE (Minority-Owned), it is encouraged to report it broken down by ethnicity.
In the case where it is known that the supplier is minority-owned, but the ethnicity information is not available or unknown, please enter the MBE spend in the unknown bucket.
